Finally, finally, finally my first blog entry! 

 

Of course you don't know this, but I have been meaning and wanting to start this thing for ages now.  Originally I was not sure what to write about that anyone would be interested in reading.  I did not want to write just about real estate, so I looked around and decided to share with you hopefully good information, thoughts and observations about this special community where I live and work. 

 

It may be pictures or moments happening literally in my own backyard, unique to here and probably not happening in your backyard, to things happening on the block, in the neighborhood, the community and interesting happenings, news and events in the Phoenix area.  Of course I will throw in some real estate information along the way too.
